Mr. Lao is responsible for the day to day operations of the company and has held several positions in engineering and land surveying. His duties involve managing the company, communicating with clients, preparing proposals and supervising staff. Over the years, Mr. Lao has accumulated experience involving topographic surveys, boundary establishment, GPS surveying, retaining wall design, street design, sewer and storm drain design and fine grading design.

Frank Marlisa

Senior Project Designer

Mr. Marlisa is in charge of all engineering design work. he personally supervises and provides hands-on experience with all his projects. His duties include project management, grading and drainage design, street plan design, sewer design, street lighting design, earthwork calculations and cost estimation.

For the time he has been with us, Mr. Marlisa has proven to be an extremely valuable asset to the comapny. Much of his work can be seen throughout the Santa Clarita Valley and many parts of Southern California.
